Len Steinberg is an ISG certified Sommelier with over 30 years of experience in the food and wine industry. He believes that a wine professional should be as approachable as the wine, with no pretense, and that learning about wine should be above all, fun.

His consulting company, Wine Culture, seeks to enrich and promote Calgary’s wine culture, with private wine tastings, wine education and cellar management.

Pat Gaviller is a veterinarian with a special interest in canine behaviour and training methodology. She has been ‘dog doctor’ and ‘dog psychologist’ to both my dogs.

Now semi-retired, Pat has more spare time to devote to her photography as well as enjoying her native wildflower garden and fine wine.
